Returns & Refunds Policy

At Grain & Grind, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality meals made to order. Because our products are food items, we have a limited returns policy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on meals once they have been collected or delivered, unless the product is deemed faulty.

When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive the wrong meal(s)

  • Your meal is missing from your order

  • Your meal is damaged, spoiled, or unsafe to consume at the time of collection

  • There is a clear quality issue that does not meet acceptable standards

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos where applicable

We’ll assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or taste preferences. Please review meal descriptions carefully before ordering.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled preparation date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of preparation are not eligible for a refund, as meals are prepared specifically to order.

Subscriptions (When Applicable)

For subscription orders:

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription before the weekly cut-off time.

  • Any changes made after the cut-off will apply to the following week.
