Welcome to Grain & Grind.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grain & Grind.

Grain & Grind operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with access to our café, meal prep, and related offerings. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders and are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS & FOOD DISCLAIMER

Grain & Grind prepares fresh food and beverages, including meal prep items.

While we take care to accurately describe our products:

  • Meals are prepared fresh and may vary slightly in appearance

  • Ingredients may change based on availability

  • Images are indicative only

We do not guarantee suitability for individual dietary needs or allergies. It is your responsibility to review ingredients and notify us of any dietary requirements before ordering.

3. ORDERS, MEAL PREP & CUT-OFF TIMES

Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Meal Prep Ordering Schedule

All Grain & Grind meal prep orders are prepared fresh and made to order.

To ensure quality and proper preparation, meal prep orders must be placed at least one (1) week in advance.

  • Weekly cut-off: Orders close at 11:59pm every Monday

  • Collection: Orders placed before the cut-off will be available for collection the following Monday morning

Orders placed after the Monday 11:59pm cut-off will automatically roll over to the next available preparation week.

Late orders, missed cut-offs, or failure to collect at the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds, as meals are prepared specifically to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our weekly cut-off times and preparation schedule.

All orders are for personal use only and may not be resold without our written consent.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.

5. COLLECTION, DELIVERY & RISK

Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for storage, handling, and consumption transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our control.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are limited. Refunds or replacements are only provided in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Grain & Grind and is protected under Australian intellectual property laws.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content or performance.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Grain & Grind is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. All sales are made directly between you and Grain & Grind. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and us.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

11. FEEDBACK

Any feedback or reviews submitted may be used by Grain & Grind for marketing or operational purposes without compensation.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Grain & Grind is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.
